An opportunity to join our team is rare as most of our staff have been with us for many years; last month, we celebrated giving out our 6th award for 25 years of service, so we must be doing something right!

As one of the few remaining independent practices in the West Midlands we are long-established and progressive, working from three fully-equipped sites. We have the usual facilities, including ultrasound and digital x-ray and run fifteen minute appointments. Our main centre reopened in 2020 in new state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned premises with four consulting rooms, two operating theatres, a hydrotherapy unit and separate cat-friendly facilities.

There are four other vets, some certificated, and ten qualified nurses and two trainee nurses. Our workforce enjoys exceptional team relationships and contentment, which results in very low staff turnover. We have developed excellent client bonding and this, with our unique health scheme, results in very satisfied clients.

If you are the successful candidate you will enjoy a four day week (plus one-in-five Saturday mornings) and a generous CPD allowance, with no on-call, Sunday or bank holiday work.

We are seeking an experienced, friendly, caring graduate with good clinical, surgical and communication skills who shares our cultural values.

Salary - £49,000 to £66,000, including bonuses
